
Pioneer Memorial Library is a cooperating collection site for
the Foundation Center. The Foundation Center's mission is
to strengthen the nonprofit sector by advancing knowledge
about U.S. philanthropy. The Foundations connects nonprofits
to grantmakers by making tools and information about grants
that may be sought. The Foundation maintains the most
comprehensive database on U.S. grantmakers and their grants. The Foundation
provides two databases:
Due to access agreements with the Foundation Center, in order to use this very valuable database, you must be located within the physical walls of the Pioneer Memorial Library. Call ahead @ 785-460-4470 or e-mail us @

or bring your own laptop for such work.
We have a collection of hard copy books from the Foundation Center as well as an
online database version of the Foundation Center Collection.
